With typical products from the "Ciociaria" region, they are mixed into a multiplicity of delicious dishes. We invite you to join us in the discovery of the culinary treasures that await you in Fiuggi, be it tasting, barbecues on our terraces, or the multiple-course-meals in our restaurant. For years, our cuisine has been cultivated by our team of chefs who are constantly looking for new culinary inspirations and ingredients of the best quality. One of the highlights is our dishes of pasta: in fact, we still cultivate the tradition of producing it by ourselves and enrich it with different sorts of sauces. These creative and imaginative approaches bestow our Mediterranean cuisine with an additional touch of refinement and originality. On request, we do also offer special diets and light meals.
BREAKFAST Our rich buffet with fresh juices, tasty pastry from our ovens and an array of other delicacies is more than just a breakfast: it is the awakening of your senses and a pleasure for your palate. Warm bread, fragrant croissants and cereals in milk or yogurt are the ideal beginning of a new day.
LUNCH AND DINNER Flavoursome and coloured buffets of fresh vegetables, regional cold cuts and cheese as well as bread, a fantasy of pastries from cakes to puddings and seasonal fruit, this richness alone could be satisfying. Yet, all this only provides the frame for our selected first dishes with home-made pasta and the main dishes with meat or fish of an excellent quality.
LIGHT LUNCH For those who prefer a light meal, we offer a choice of dishes such as palatable salads or grilled plates. These can also be relished on our splendid terraces or on the roof garden after a day of recreation in our Spa.
GALA DINNER On special events, exclusive meals of more courses await you in our festival room, accompanied by music and candle light in a pleasurable atmosphere that involves all senses.
